… Geithner started his day touring Clackamas-based Oregon Iron Works Inc., which has won federal contracts to build streetcars, among other large and sometimes secretive projects. Sporting safety goggles and a dark suit, Geithner stepped inside a streetcar made for the City of Portland by the company’s subsidiary, United Streetcar.
